These terms apply when you use the Beyond The Markets website and members’ charts. By registering or using the site you agree to them.
Membership
- You must be 18 or over and allowed to trade where you live.
- Free access is for people who opened and funded an account with our partner broker through our link. We check each application by hand and can decline or remove access at our discretion, including if the broker account is closed or no longer linked to us.
- Your login is personal. Don’t share it, and keep your password safe.
Using the charts and scanners
- The charts, indicators, AI scanners and alerts are tools for information and education. They are not financial advice and don’t take your circumstances into account. See our risk warning.
- Prices may be delayed or differ from your broker’s. The service may be unavailable at times, for example for maintenance or if the data feed is interrupted.
- Don’t copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the charts, indicators, scanners or price data, and don’t use automated tools to scrape the site.
Our responsibility
We provide the service “as is” and can’t guarantee it will always be accurate, complete or available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses or other losses that come from using, or not being able to use, the site, charts, scanners or alerts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service. If we make important changes we’ll let members know. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
